Biscuit Cake

Biscuit Cake

Biscuit Cake is one of the easiest recipes when you have limited ingredients and you still want to bake a cake at home. In fact, you can involve kids in the procedure of making this cake. It is simple but turns out quite yum.

For this recipe – You can use baking powder or soda instead of eno, but you will have to also use some lemon juice or vinegar along with that. You can also bake the cake in the oven in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
