Recipe of Vegetable Cutlet

Vegetable cutlet is a very delicious snack item. The process is very simple to make it. It can be used as an appetizer or light afternoon snack or evening snack with tea. It is ideal for small parties and get together.

Given below, the ingredients and detailed processes for preparing this exclusive recipe for vegetarian.


1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup sweet corn
1 cup of beans
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 chopped onion
2 green chillies
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
Bread Crumbs

Vegetable Cutlets


Steam & chopped carrots, sweet corn and beans (kabuli chana, chickpeas, kidney beans) and put them in pressure cooker and drain the water.

Now combine all the vegetables, potatoes, beans, ginger garlic paste, onion, chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and pepper & mix well and make small dumplings and shape them according to your choice.

Choose 1 cup of maida flour and mix in water to create a paste. Sprinkle bread crumbs over it. Put the dumplings in the paste.

Now, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets in it till golden brown color appears.
