-300 Grams of flour
-1 egg white
-100 Grams of sugar
-90 Grams of vegetable oil (corn / sunflower)
-1 Tablespoon of jam
-1 Teaspoon Baking powder
-1 Pinch of salt
-150 Grams of jam
Begin by mixing the flour with the egg, egg white, salt, sugar and oil. Add the magic touch of this recipe: a spoonful of jam in the dough! Then add the yeast.
Work the dough and roll it out. Then prepare it on a Baking Sheet. To prevent sticking, you can use baking paper or use a bit ‘of butter / oil and flour on the baking sheet.

5 minutes before turning out, add a few nuts over. That’s the crunchy, rustic and perfect touch. If you prefer you can use pine nuts or almonds.
