DESCRIPTION
The Coconut barfi are small sweet balls made of coconut representing the symbol of India in the world with regard to the bakery. They are both amazing taste alone that accompanied a steaming cup of tea or coffee, as well as being very nice to give to their friends in nice gift boxes.

INGREDIENTS
100 gr. flour
150 gr. coconut flour
50 gr. grated coconut dehydrated
150 gr. sugar
100 gr. of butter
250 ml. milk
1 pinch of salt
2 pinches of ground cardamom
PROCEDURE
Cut the butter into small pieces, place in a large saucepan and melt over low heat.
Add flour, coconut and the milk, mixing well so as to avoid the formation of lumps.
Add sugar, a pinch of salt and cardamom powder and cook for about a quarter of an hour.
Transfer the compound obtained above a pan lined with parchment paper and store in refrigerator to cool for about 8 hours.
Take little part at a time of the compound and form many small balls of the same size.
Dry in shredded coconut and put in the appropriate cups.
Serve.
