Baked Gujiya

Baked gujiyas are stuffed with crumbled and roasted Khoya and Dried Fruits and nuts and make a delectable sweet to celebrate any occasion.

For the last day of posting Mothers day sweets here, I am making baked gujiyas which are so delicious and amazing and the plus point is they are baked. That makes it a guilt-free treat to enjoy any time a day. Gujias are my mother's favourite sweet in Holi. She would always make few batches of this sweet with fresh homemade khoya and dried fruits. As a kid, I would see her making the gujias and gradually I started helping her as of my interest in cooking started very early. I think some dishes are linked with those sweet memories that can never be forgotten.
