Schezwan Fried Rice

Schezwan Fried Rice: Spicy fried rice cooked with lots of vegetables and hot schezwan sauce. In the new year for Blogging Marathon's first week, I will be posting Chinese Recipes. The first recipe under the same theme is this delicious and easy Schezwan fried rice. Ours is a Chinese dishes loving family and can have Chinese food anytime a day. So when I saw this theme I knew I had to take it and make my favourite Chinese dishes.

I always keep Schezwan sauce in my refrigerator and use it whenever required. It stays well for a month or so in the refrigerator and makes even a simple Chinese dish so exotic and wonderful.
