I made the cookies to give to some of my Husband's colleagues for Christmas but they were all gone just in three days. Now I have to make another batch which I am going to hide or else the naughty girls and their dad would finish them all. The recipe is super simple and basically just needs three ingredients. I had rainbow sprinkles at home so I used them but for my next batch, I am going to use Christmas sprinkles to make them more festive.
