Chicken Roast Masala


1kg chicken

3 glass dahi

2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

2tsp + 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste

1tsp everest chicken tandoori masala

1 tsp chat masala

1 tsp salt

2 - 3 tbsp ghee

3 big onions

4 - 5 green chillies chopped

2 - 3 tsp coriander leaves


Marinate 1 kg chicken in a mixture of  half litre dahi, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp everest chicken tandoori masala, 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp salt. Marinate for about half an hr.
Cook dis marinated chicken along wid the marinade in a big nonstick pan on medium flame till done and chicken is coated wid masala and dry.  Now add 2 - 3 tbsp of ghee and fry for 10 mins on slow flame till it gets a little nice blackish color.
In another kadai fry 3 big onions, add 4- 5 chopped green chillies till onions are brown. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for 3-4 mins on high flame. Now  trasfer the cooked chicken to this kadai and mix well. Sprinkle some chat masala and salt, mix well. Finally garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
