Chicken stew



Chicken Soup (chicken soup or Chicken broth, is sometimes called) is a soup of meat and chicken bones. Often, as large pieces of meat or rice or barley, pasta and other grains. It is also considered a home remedy for colds and flu.


composition

1 hen farm
500 Grams. cassava
3 green plantains
100 grams. arracacha
500 grams. potato
1 onion or egg
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
A bit of ground cumin
1 pinch of saffron
1 cube of chicken
Several sprig of parsley
The taste of the salt


Elaboration.

Step 1: Cut chicken into pieces and boil in plenty of boiling water, onions, tomatoes and garlic for 15 minutes.

Step 2: cut the banana into pieces and cook for a minute, add the chopped potatoes and celery. Finally add the tapioca, slightly thickened stew a few minutes. Remove from heat and add the chopped parsley.

Served with rice, salad and avocado is richer.
