For this savoryroll with walnuts, ham and cheese is needed:
For the crust:
8 eggs,
4 tablespoons of ground walnuts,
4 tablespoons of chopped walnuts,
2 tablespoons of flour,
100 ml of milk,
1 sachet of baking powder,
half a teaspoon of salt.
For the filling:
500 g sour cream,
300 g fetacheese,
100 g gratedsmoked ham (or bacon)
5 pickles,
1 tablespoon mayonnaise,
oregano,
dill.
This roll with Walnuts Ham and cheese is prepared:
Bark:
Whisk the egg whites snow.
Whisk the egg yolks with the milk, add the groundand chopped walnuts, flour and baking powder, salt andcombine with the whisked egg whites.
Pour into greased and pre-oil sprinkledwith flour, baking sheet.
Bake the crust for 30 minutes at 180 Deg C.
Filling:
Grate prosciutto (ham).
Add the crumbled cheese,chopped pickles, sour cream, mayonnaise and spices.
Stir well.
Cooled crust lubricatefilling and twist.
