Garlic Olive Oil Spaghetti

I need quick and easy dinners that can be ready in less than 30 minutes for busy weekdays. This quick Garlic and Olive Oil Spaghetti is one of the easiest and quickest meals that I make. Cooked spaghetti pasta mixed with a quick garlic and olive sauce. This dish is a nice alternative to regular spaghetti, it is loaded with tons of garlic flavor. Serve with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete healthy meal.

Start by cooking the pasta according to the package directions, drain but reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water. The cooking water will be used to make the garlic sauce. To make the garlic sauce, heat Olive Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper, cook until the garlic is fragrant. Add the reserved cooking water to the olive oil garlic mixture and let boil for a minute. Pour the mixture into the cooked pasta and mix to evenly combine. This is a great meal to make that involves ingredients that you would already have in your pantry.
