My Long Standing Affair with Tea
As a mother, the days are long(really long) and nights shorter so unwinding with this amazing tea is always the highlight of my day! My tea of choice for National Hot Tea Month is Bigelow Constant Comment. Being home all day with a VERY energetic and extremely active toddler is not easy when all you want to do is sleep and maybe a breather just for yourself! Constant Comment is the tea to turn to when I need a break from it all! I have been a huge fan of Bigelow Tea for as long as I can recall. I remember my mother always brewing a cup of tea every few hours to enjoy with my father on their days off. That love has certainly trickled down to me.

How I Like My Tea
With limited time I like to keep it simple and just be able to enjoy the wonderful flavors of my Constant Comment tea. I place a cup and a half of water in a saucepan, add one tea bag, a small stick of cinnamon and one piece of star anise! Sometimes I will also add a small slice of an orange. I love that the spices bring out some sweetness without altering the flavor of the tea!
