Cheese-Stuffed Pears

Cheese-stuffed Pears.Pan fried Bosc pears stuffed with cheese,walnuts and honey.Very delicious dessert!
Makes 2 servings


Ingredients:
2 Bosc pears,halved and cored
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 oz (120 g) mascarpone cheese
4 oz (120 g) blue cheese
4 tablespoons clear honey
1/3 cup toasted walnut halves


Cooking Method:
  1. Melt butter in a large saute pan.
  2. Add pear halves (cored side down) and sate until golden around the edges.
  3. Remove cooked pears from the pen and top with cheeses.
  4. Pour honey over.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts.Serve immediately.
