Egg and chicken Kebab Masala

This Egg Kabab Masala is simple and super delicious, it really goes well with mint chutney and naan.


  • Chicken (cubes) ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 TBS
  • Onion fried 2-3 TBS
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Coriander seeds roasted & crushed ½ tsp
  • Red chili crushed ½ TBS
  • Whole spice powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted & crushed ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Chickpeas powder roasted 1-2 TBS
  • Coriander Chopped 2 TBS

For Gravy

  • Oil ½ Cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 & ½ tbs
  • Onion Chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tbs
  • Tomatoes Pureed 2-3
  • Red chili powder 1 Tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Whole spice powder ½ tsp
  • Water ½ Cup
  • Dried fenugreek leaves ½ tsp
  • Green chili for garnishing
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Egg 3 (hard boil)


  1. In a chopper, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, salt, coriander seeds, red chili crushed, whole spice powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chickpeas powder, coriander and chop until well combined.
  2. Grease your hands with oil, take a mixture and make kebabs.
  3. In frying pan, heat oil and shallow fry kababs for 2-3 minutes, set aside.
  4. In a wok, add oil, cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato pureed, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, whole spice powder and mix well.
  5. Add water and kababs, cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Add eggs, dried fenugreek leaves, green chili, coriander and put it on simmer for 1-2 minutes and serve
