My Glowing Skin Smoothie

When it talks about being comfortable in your own Skin it means that you should be able to carry off the assets you have (do not count them as liabilities ever). But it makes an even bigger difference when the skin glows which actually makes you feel extra special. This smoothie with the goodness of fresh fruits and herbs taken once every 2 days rejuvenates your body from inside out and when combined with a nutritious diet,a good skin care regimen and exercise the skin thanks us for all the pampering it gets and glows even more.

So let us see the recipe for this awesome smoothie! This was featured in the 185th FoodieMonday Bloghop where the theme was Recipes for Glowing Skin.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes

Makes : 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup red grapes (take the ones available where you stay)

1/4 cup cubed fresh Pineapple

1 tbsp honey (optional)

5 Mint Leaves

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves plus a few for garnishing

1/2 cup thick yogurt (use yogurt from nut milks)

METHOD

Blend everything in a blender and pour into glasses. Top with a Coriander Leaf and have the first thing for breakfast.
