Turkey fillet with cream sauce

500 g turkey fillet
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of white wine
200 ml of cream
4 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoonful of pesto genoese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation

Cut the turkey into pieces. Heat the butter and olive oil and fry the meat with the whole clove of garlic and oregano. Then after the meat take a light crust, add 1/3 of the wine and let it boil until the wine evaporates. Remove the turkey and add the remaining wine, sour cream, soy sauce and spices to the remaining oil. Then, when the sauce boils,  return the meat and leave it  to boil for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time to avoid burning it. Enjoy your meal!
