Eggs with dill and garlic

5 eggs
150-200 g of cheese
400 g yoghurt
50 ml of oil
1 sprig of dill
1 sprig of parsley
50-100 g olives or yellow cheese
3-4 cloves of garlic
black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Boil the eggs, cut them in two halves and remove the egg yolks from the egg whites. Arrange the egg whites in a suitable dish.  Mix the egg yolks with the cheese, the oil and the crushed garlic. Load the egg whites with a part of the resulting thick mixture and stir the rest of the mixture with the yogurt along with finely chopped dill and parsley. The resulting sauce, pour over the egg whites and sprinkle with black pepper. Decorate your meal with olives, parsley leaves, dill or grated cheese - optional.
