Fast and easy fudge recipe that everyone can’t stop eating!
Aunty Glyn's Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 2packet gingernut biscuits
- 1cup raisins
- 1cup dryed fruit(mix of apricot, prunes, dates, or whatever you have in the cupboard)
- 1 1/2cup dessicated coconut
- 4tbsp cocoa
- 225g butter
- 1tin condensed milk
- 200g chocolate
- 150ml Cream
Instructions
- Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or blitz in a kitchen whiz until fine then add to large bowl.
- Add raisins, coconut, cocoa, and finely chopped mixed fruit.
- Add melted butter and condensed milk then mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 20cm x 30cm lined tin and roll flat. Place in fridge.
- Whisk chocolate and cream in double boiler until we combined.
- Cool 30 mins then pour over fudge.
