Aioli Mayonnaise

    Ingredients
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 2 egg yolk
    • 2pinch salt
    • 1teaspoon English mustard(heaped)
    • 2tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 150ml olive oil(or avocado oil)
    • 450ml rice bran oil
    • 1/2 Lemonjuice
    Instructions
    1. Smash garlic and salt in mortor and pestle.
    2. Put in bowl or food processor. Add the egg, mustard and 1tbsp of vinegar. Whisk for 2 minutes.
    3. Put both oils in a pouring jug. Very slowly add the oil, whisking continuously. Once it thickens you can start to add the oil a bit quicker. This step will take about 5 minutes.
    4. When all the oil has been added, add the lemon juice and remaining vinegar and blend.
