Nothing better than Basil straight off the stem! Check out this insanely fresh creamy avocado basil pesto pasta recipe grown with our @OfficialAeroGarden #Sponsored⠀

INGREDIENTS:⠀
4 to 6 ounces rigatoni pasta⠀
3 cloves garlic⠀
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes⠀
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese⠀
1 lemon, juiced⠀
¾ cup walnuts, toasted⠀
1 avocado, pitted⠀
1 cup #AeroGarden Basil, packed, plus more for garnish⠀
¼ teaspoon kosher salt⠀
⅓ cup olive oil⠀
3 tablespoons pasta water⠀
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved⠀
⅔ cup fresh Ciliegine mozzarella⠀
Flaky sea salt, to taste⠀
Black pepper, to taste⠀

STEPS:⠀
Boil pasta to al dente as directed on package. Reserve half a cup of pasta water.⠀
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the garlic, red pepper flakes, Parmesan, and lemon juice until combined.⠀
Add walnuts and pulse until finely chopped, followed by avocado, #AeroGarden Basil, and salt. ⠀
Pulse the food processor while drizzling olive oil into the mixture. ⠀
Drizzle in the pasta water and pulse until combined.⠀
Next, toss the al dente pasta with the avocado pesto.⠀
Mix in cherry tomatoes and mozzarella then top with fresh #AeroGarden Basil. ⠀
