Recipe:
½ cup of chickpea juice (AQUAFABA)
2/3 cup of icing sugar
½ cup of coconut cream
Red fruits and raspberry coulisPreheat your oven to 100 degrees Beat the chickpea juice with the icing sugar for at least 5 minutes to form a nice meringue On a baking sheet coated with baking paper, form large meringues with thicker edges to fill with coconut cream Bake for 1 hour and let the meringues dry for half a day in the oven off Once the meringues are ready, fill the meringues with coconut cream, raspberry coulis and garnish with red fruits.
