A thoroughly grown up Drink for those who don’t want to drink alcohol.  Happy New Year!

ChilitiniTotal time: 10 mins
    Ingredients
  • 6 thin slices ginger
  • 1/2 stalk lemongrass
  • 2 birds eye chilies
  • 1 Litre boiling water
    Directions
  1. Bruise the lemongrass with a pestle or a heavy knife handle and cut the chilies in half lengthways. Place them in a teapot with the ginger.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the chilies, ginger and lemon grass then leave them to cool.
  3. Chill then serve in a chilled martini glass.
