Back in 2012, I completed a Whole 30 and documented the entire experience as a Photo Journal. All of my meals and snacks were included, along with any sort of changes in my body I had been noticing.
The purpose of journaling was two-fold: (1) I hoped it would help motivate and inspire others who are on a Whole 30 journey, and (2) it kept me accountable.
I have kept these posts individual after nearly 6 years, and now I have combined them into a huge roundup in the hope that it will further help you all stay on track!
One thing to note, since I completed that Whole 30, the program has gone through several iterations of changes. One that I am aware of is no veggie chips, such as plantain chips, which I think is because they are a food without brakes and people crack out on them. Therefore, you may see foods that are not allowed on the program as it stands, so please keep that in mind.
Another reason for this revival is due to the fact that, after almost 6 years, I will be embarking on another Whole 30 as a part of my 18 goals in 2018! I plan to keep you all posted on my meals and recipes.
I can’t wait for the changes another Whole 30 will make on my body and mind, and I hope you experience the same in this new year!
Without further ado, here are the 30 days:
