Large plastic bowl
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 scallions - chopped
1 tsp fresh tarragon leaves
½ cup white wine
3 cups anchovy paste
1 cup green or red chillis - chopped
1 garlic clove – chopped
Chips or toasted bread
In a large plastic bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley leaves, scallions, tarragon leaves, and white wine. Stir the dip thoroughly and then blend anchovy paste, green or red chillis, and chopped garlic to the dip. Stir the mixture until well blended.
This dip is great with chips or toasted bread.
