Chettinad Chicken Soup Recipe | Chettinadu Kozhi Soup

One Soup which I will order in any chettinad restaurant is Chettinad Chicken Soup. I love that spicy soup. More than that I love the soup my friend makes. When we were staying in Velachery as housemates, she made this soup once. The taste was really awesome. So I collected this recipe from her.

I already posted a spicy chicken soup in my blog. This chettinad Soup is similar in making. But the taste is different because of the difference in ingredients. You can easily follow both the recipes. The taste would be awesome.

This kind of chicken soup with more bones is rich in vitamin b12. Try to make this kind of soup in weekends for making your bones healthy. To make it more healthier, use organic chicken or nattu kozhi.
