Salads with Low Fat Dressing | Grilled Beans Salad with Cashew Dressing



This is one of the interesting recipes I read in recent days. I have a habit of looking into some cookery books, while my husband waits in the billing counter. If I find some interesting recipe, I will take a note of it. I would also register the photo of the recipe in my mind. Most of the recipes I try in such way tastes awesome. This grilled bean salad is one among them. It will be very very tasty. Making it really needs patience. We need sometime to take care while grilling it. I have used my grilling pan. You could use your normal tawa or pan. Grill marks are just for appearance. Nothing to do with the taste. I have never thought of this combination. But it blends well. For the people who have sweet tooth, this is an amazing salad to make and have. I hope that you guys love it.

Ingredients
  • 10 beans
  • 2 slices of onion
  • 1 tblspn sweet corn
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp gingelly oil
  • salt
  • 2 to 3 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 tsp spicy cashews dressing

Quick Procedure
  • Cut beans into 2 inches length. Add little oil to a grilling pan and place the beans over it. grill for 5 minutes
  • It is time to add onion slice. Wait for 2 minutes and then add sweet corn. Grill for next 2 minutes.
  • Take the grilled vegetables in a plate. Add a tsp of honey and some sesame seeds.
  • Chop lettuce to ribbons and add spicy cashews dressing to it. Mix well.
  • Take a serving plate and spread the lettuce.Top it with the grilled vegetables and serve it.
