Vegetable Madras RecipeIngredients:

  • –  300 G  Mixed vegetables (Blanched)
  • – One For All paste (4 – 6 Tbsp)
  • – Coconut cream or Coconut milk (1 cup)
  • – A hint of Cider vinegar (optional)

Method: 

  • Step 1: Add one for all paste into the pot with blanched veggies
  • Step 2: Add coconut cream and bring to boil thicken to serve as you require
  • Step 3: Add a dash of cider vinegar once reached boiling point to bring out the flavor of the Madras
  • Step 4: Place the curry in a bowl and serve with rice
  • This curry is Gluten and Dairy free plus vegan-friendly so we hope you enjoy this beautiful dish
