Daily Thoughts 12/15/2018

I checked the Facebook and the Twitter for the library this morning.

I checked the displays and the gift books.

Last night I finished reading The Richest Man In Babylon by George S. Clason.  It is a classic inspirational book about money management.  The book has stories about merchants and tradesmen in Babylon who make their fortune through thrift, saving, and careful money management.

The Garden Club met today at 10:00 a.m.

There is a Holiday Centerpiece program today from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m..  It is a crafts program for adults.

I am looking at The Books of Earthsea The Complete Illustrated Edition by Ursula Le Guin, Illustrated by Charles Vess.  I am looking at the illustrations of Charles Vess who does a wonderful job of  fantasy illustration.  There are excellent pictures of dragons and trees.
