I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.

Last night, I read some more of Healing the Angry Brain.  I am reading about different ways to calm anger and irritation.  Activities like progressive relaxation, mindfulness meditation, and deep breathing are discussed.  Also, how to break off from confrontation is described as well as how angry thinking is poor thinking.  I am almost at the end of the book which has material on empathy and compassion.
