Night Owl

To celebrate the Book release of Strange Blood: 71 Essays on Offbeat and Underrated Vampire Movies, BUT (B-movies, Underground & Trash) Film Festival in Breda, the Netherlands, asked me to select a vampire film for their program. My choice was Jeffrey Arsenault's Night Owl. I'll be giving an introduction to this film on Thursday, August 29th. Night Owl will be preceded by the short film Orlok's Return, produced by one of the contributors of Strange Blood, Declan Lynch.

If you want to get your personal copy of Strange Blood, you can do so on Saturday, August 31st, where I'll be signing books at the BUT film market between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm. Harry Kümel, the director of the vampire cult classic Daughters of Darkness, will also be present at the book signing.
