How to cook some perfect icy cocktails

Tom Collins

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml. genie
  • 20 ml. fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml. sugar syrup
  • Soda

All Ingredients except soda shake with ice in a shaker. Pour the cocktail into a glass with ice (use ice maker to make enough ice), pour soda. Decorate the cocktail with lemon or cherry.

Singapore Sling



Ingredients:

  • 60 ml. london dry gin
  • 60 ml. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 20 ml. fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml. hiring cherry liquor
  • 2 tsp. Cointreau
  • 2 tsp. Benedictine
  • 7 ml. Grenadine
  • 2-4 drops of Angostura
  • Soda

All ingredients except soda pour into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 5 seconds. Pour into a highball with ice, add soda and decorate with lime zest.

Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml. Roma Blanc Agricole
  • 30 ml. Jamaican Roma
  • 30 ml. lime juice
  • 15 ml. orange curacao
  • 15 ml. Orshad syrup
  • 15 ml. sugar syrup with pineapple or another 15 ml. Orshad

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add crushed ice and shake. Pour into an old fashion glass, top with crushed ice. Decorate the glass with a sprig of mint.

Paloma


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml. tequila
  • 20 ml. lime juice
  • Grapefruit
  • Sugar
  • Soda
  • Salt

With grapefruit, remove the zest, squeeze the juice and add to it the zest. Add an equal volume of sugar, shake to dissolve. Leave the mixture to infuse overnight.

Mix tequila, lime juice and grapefruit syrup in a shaker, shake. Dip the rim of the glass dipped in salt, pour a cocktail into it, add ice and pour soda.

Ingredients:

It differs from other cocktails in that the type of alcohol here can vary from region to region. For example, in France, for the preparation of a cocktail, you can use brandy, in Mexico – tequila, in the USA – bourbon.

  • 60 ml. alcohol of your choice
  • 30 ml. lime juice
  • 20 ml. sugar syrup
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 4-6 mint leaves

Put mint and cucumber in a shaker, add lime juice and knead slightly. Pour sugar syrup and alcoholic beverage, shake. Fill the glass at 3/4 with ice. Strain the cocktail through the strainer. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint.

Queens Park


Ingredients:

  • 6 mint leaves, tear
  • 60 ml. Roma
  • 20 ml. lime juice
  • 20 ml. sugar syrup
  • 2 ml. Angosturas

Put mint on the bottom of the glass. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, fill with crushed ice. Mix everything vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Pour into a glass. Top with crushed ice, pour it with Angostura. If the cocktail is made correctly, three borders will be visible: on the top is ocher-red bitter, in the middle is light rum and at the bottom is green mint.
