Our well established law firm client with multiple U.S. offices has an opportunity for a direct-hire, Full time Labor & Employment law Counsel.

This individual will work with a sophisticated client base as part of the firm's very busy labor & employment group (Cleveland office). Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of seven plus years' of honed employment defense skills, including some exposure labor negotiation work. Superb research and writing skills are also a must!

A demonstrated ability to handle discrimination related cases independently, including all steps of discovery, motions for summary judgement and depositions is a must. Strong academics are required.

There is an annual billable hour requirement but, client generation is not an expectation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to address challenging labor and employment litigation work but, on an attractive, non-traditional practice path. A complete benefits package accompanies this Full time Counsel position. The salary is competitive but, dependent on experience.
