Our client is a mid-size firm that is seeking to hire an experienced corporate paralegal for their east side suburban Cleveland office, to work with their transactional team. Requirements:

- A minimum of two years' experience as a corporate paralegal.

- The capability to assist with all stages of corporate formations/organization, due diligence and the preparation for and closing of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions.

- Experience with performing corporate filings and lien & diligence searches in multiple states is required.

- Outstanding written and oral communication, organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise exceptional professional judgment. The candidate should be able to work seamlessly with clients, attorneys, paralegals and staff throughout the firm.

- A Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
