As a Survey Associate on our client service team, you'll act as the connection point between our clients and industry experts who complete surveys. Your role is to quickly take a clients survey request and program their questionnaires into online surveys. Over time, your role will evolve into that of a project and client manager where you will be responsible for understanding a clients survey needs and then leverage a combination of internal and external resources to fulfil the request. Working on several client requests at the same time, you'll need to learn effective prioritization to efficiently qualify and deliver highly relevant respondents.

This is a fast-paced, client facing, communication-intense role with a clear focus on effectiveness and revenue generation. Survey Associates develop skills in survey programming, negotiation, professional communication, project management, client service, conflict resolution, and training which pave their way to successful careers in commercial and operational leadership.

What We Look For

You should have an interest in working in a client-facing, business-oriented capacity. You must have experience within survey programming. You'll need to bring a client-first attitude and be results-oriented, driven, and emotionally intelligent. You'll need to embrace our entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and highly collaborative environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Requirements

1-2 years' work experience, with Qualtrics survey programming

Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership

Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field

Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in a relevant foreign language is a plus
