CyberClinic is an online Doctor Consultation Portal, both website and smartphone app based. It provides simple, secure and hassle free video conferencing, connecting mental health professionals with their clients. It provides secure end-to-end encryption for video calls, online appointment scheduling, billing, medicare rebates and will integrate with popular practice management systems. CyberClinic allows clients and their mental health professionals to connect anytime, anywhere using a smartphone, truly putting a therapist in your pocket.

Dashboard

It consists of the main screen reflecting Total Patients, Total Practitioners, Total Clinics, Total Appointments, and Total Earnings. These tabs are further clickable and will lead to specific details in the tabular form. Further, the admin can invite new practitioners directly through this screen. An invitation will be sent from the server to the Practitioner for verification and then the practitioner will have access to the practitioner portal.

Practitioners Screen

On this screen of the online doctor consultation portal, admin can add and view the details of all the practitioner. The admin also has the right to login to a particular practitioner’s profile and amend the changes. The admin can also see which practitioners are active and which are currently using the CyberClinic’s service. The list of practitioners can be sorted by User ID, Name, Email ID, Registration Date, and current status (Active or Inactive).

Patients

In the list of patients screen, the admin can see all the patients and their details, such as profile details, booking number, appointments, rating and much more. The admin can also view details of each appointment and intake form. In this screen of online doctor consultation portal, the admin has the right to make some users/ patients inactive. He can also manage the appointments of patients with practitioners.

Appointments

In the appointment screen, admin has the access to all the appointments booked through CyberClinic. Codeyeti has also developed filters for the tabular data as seen in images below.

Transactions

In the transaction window, the admin can check all the transactions taking place through the online doctor consultation portal. There are many sorting and filtering options as well in the transaction screen. Further, the admin can check if the transaction has been completed, funded or failed. Also, the admin can verify the transaction number as per appointment ID. In addition, the payments are done through stripe payment gateway.

Clinics

In this screen of the admin dashboard, the admin can manage all the clinics and their profiles. He can also add, edit and remove practitioner in any clinic. The clinic will be added to the list after email verification of the person-in-charge of that clinic. Then clinic can add their profile and the profiles of their practitioner. Further, the admin can alter the rating, skills and specialisations of the clinics. The practitioners added in a clinic will be automatically registered in the practitioner management section of the admin portal.

Practitioner Portal in Online Doctor Consultation

This portal is for practitioners and can be managed by admin also. Following are the steps through which a practitioner can get associated with CyberClinic:

1. He can register through the website. A request will be raised to the admin. Then the admin will send an invitation to the practitioner for verification.
   or, Admin can directly send the invitation to the practitioner.
2. The practitioner then has to create his profile stating all the details such as specialization, skills, address, taxation number, and introduction video.

Features

Dashboard: A brief view of all the features that the practitioner needs to have in front of him daily. It includes, today’s appointments, upcoming appointments, new requests, and total appointments.

Appointments: In this, the practitioner can check the today’s and upcoming appointments. He can also view the details of these appointments and can also browse through the old appointments.

New Requests/ Bookings: In this, the practitioner can accept or decline the new bookings that the patient has made. He can see the profile of the user and the consultation that the user has requested for. He can also check the previous appointments of that patient and any remarks that the previous practitioner has made.

Calendar: In this, the practitioner can choose his practicing slots that will be available to the user. He can create the slots on a weekly basis. Further, the practitioner can make the time table as the default time table.

My Profile: In this, the practitioner can edit his/her profile.

Notifications: Notification has 2 further sections in it. In one section the notifications such as messages raised by admin will be visible. Whereas, in the other section, Questions, the practitioner can answer the questions raised by the patients. The practitioner can see the question, patient name, and patient’s email id.

Payments: In this, the practitioner can check his/her payment statuses. Also, He can check the gross payment, pending payments and transaction history.

User Interfaces- iOS and Android

Codeyeti has also designed the iOS and Android app for the online doctor consultation portal. Currently, only the Australian users can use the app, but as other clients such as BabyChakra, Chefezy, and MBAGuru are growing, CyberClinic may soon be available in many more countries.
