Susan, Matt and Ryan reviewed the market for 2019. Due to the mild winter we have had so far, the market is hot, resulting in more buyers than homes. The lack of inventory is driving buyers to put offers in quickly, often times causing sellers to cancel the open houses they may have scheduled.
