Austin, TX (October 27, 2019) Two vehicles collided on the morning of October 28th. According to reports, the collision happened at the intersection of Burnet Road and West Braker Lane.
Emergency responders received the call at about 9:00 a.m. and rushed to the scene. They found a vehicle on its roof with two people trapped inside. Crews were able to extricate a man in his forties and rush him to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Sadly, even though crews worked to remove the woman from under the vehicle, she died at the scene. Her identity has not been released but she was believed to be in her twenties.
Crews shut down Burnet Road in both directions as they investigated and cleared the scene.
The Accident is still being investigated.
