Grapevine, TX (September 19, 2019) – A major collision on State Highway 121 Northbound (Texas 114 TEXpress) results in injuries.
According to reports, on September 18, just after 4 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle Accident in the 3900 block of State Highway 121. Two vehicles collided along the roadway for unknown reasons.
Two medicals responded to the scene to provide transportation for injured victims to area hospitals.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
