Car Accidents in Texas
Most vehicle accidents that occur at intersections could be avoided since they’re primarily caused by some form of negligence. Over 150,000 cars collide at intersections throughout the nation. Often these accidents occur when drivers fail to abide by traffic laws, which includes speeding through red lights and making illegal U-turns. If more drivers committed to following the law, there would be less injuries and less fatalities. All it takes for a major accident to occur is a few seconds of negligent driving, which could result in permanent injuries or death.
At Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about helping wrongfully harmed victims win their personal injury lawsuits against negligent parties. We don’t believe they should pay out-of-pocket for injuries and damages they weren’t responsible for causing. Contact our office today for a free consultation at 214-219-4878 if you or a loved one was harmed in a car collision.
