Shallowater, TX (April 23, 2019) – On Sunday, April 21, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on US Highway 84.

According to DPS, 27-year-old Luis Rosales was walking in the lanes of traffic on the Highway when he was struck by a vehicle. Circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation at this time.

Rosales was transported to University Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
