Lifestyle Delivery Systems Postpones Inspection Date

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 5, 2017) - Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS) (OTCQB: LDSYF) (FSE: LD6) (WKN: A14XHT) ("LDS" or the "Company") announces that on September 1, 2017, the Company and CSPA Group, Inc. ("CSPA") requested the fire department of San Bernardino County to postpone the inspection at the CSPA facility. The requested postponement was necessary to order replacement parts for the extraction equipment that were damaged during shipping and other equipment pieces that failed to operate properly during pre-inspection testing. After receipt and installation of the replacement parts, and pre-testing the equipment, the Company and CSPA will request a new inspection date. The new inspection is anticipated during the week of September 4, 2017.

Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS, stated "This delay was unfortunate as we were all anticipating receipt of approval from the San Bernardino County Fire Department last week and the Certificate of Occupancy (COO) for manufacturing operations shortly thereafter. The Company still anticipates meeting its September target to commence manufacturing operations". The Company intends to post images of the non-proprietary areas of the extraction and laboratory sections of the facility on the Company's website after receiving the COO.
