Outsourcing is one of the most talked about topic for last two decades and its been tremendously growing industry. Well the industry has several large players sitting in India, like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and many more along with the small outsourcing companies like us. The original business trade started when the skilled labor was required and it was cheaper and more productive for countries like USA, UK to start sending out work to Indian companies. It was and has been a success saga since then.

The outcome of this is the jobs were being outsourced to India, Philippines and many other countries where the labor was cheap and work quality was equivalent. Being an outsourcing company in India, selling services like web design, mobile application development, web development and web marketing, the title of this article looks a bit weird, because this article covers the fact that by not outsourcing Jobs to countries like India, what are you actually losing.

Here are some of the reasons which are portrayed Ironically:

  • Don’t Outsource Jobs to India, because we have lower rates and skilled labor. We work day and night to ensure that the deadlines are met and the costs are approximately 40% less than a normal US labor cost.
  • Don’t Outsource Jobs to India, because the cost of building a team of 3 professionals in United States can get you 10 professionals in India. They can be a virtual team and support you during different time zones of the day. You can certainly achieve your milestones faster and quicker by paying equivalent amount but the spending more time marketing yourself and getting more jobs on board.

  • Don’t Outsource Jobs to India, because you are not stuck with someone and have an option of choosing between plenty of good companies and individuals before awarding your job to the perfect fit. Versatile India, has lot of flavors to it and certainly has lot of companies who are profound with one or many technologies and having an option of choosing the best team has always been a boon. Its amazing how easy it could be to identify people and enjoy the best out of them, yet remain away from all the employment hassles.

This article can probably have 1000 more reasons why ironically we promote outsourcing to India. We hear lot of customers complaining the company didn’t do what we paid for, however, somewhere we believe that India has commitment to excel and delivering the right quality and output is certainly a must. We are not promoting such Individuals or companies who wants to betray the customers however, there is no comparison between apples and oranges and when you find the right fit to serve the needs it is going to be an awesome experience.

Its like two sides of the coin and understanding the more profitable model of running a business and making sure the right team is chosen to work on the right job is more important than hiring from India, China, Philippines or United States. We strongly suggest anyone and everyone to believe in trading globally and benefit each other with the right values and enjoy the good flavors from each part of the Globe to ensure the growth of your business and in turn the country.
