Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive Cities
–Charlotte, NC rent grew $60 to $1,170 and remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Cornelius, NC ranked as second with one bedrooms priced at $990.
–Matthews, NC was third with rent at $950.
The Least Expensive Cities
–Gastonia, NC rent fell $20 to $600 and continued to rank as the most affordable.
–Concord, NC was second with rent at $770.
–Mooresville, NC rent dropped $10 and ranked as the third least expensive.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing Cities (Y/Y%)
–Concord, NC had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, climbing 13.2%.
–Matthews, NC prices jumped 8%, making that the second largest yearly growth rate.
The Fastest Growing Cities (M/M%)
–Charlotte, NC saw rent grow 5.4% last month, making it the fastest growing.
–Cornelius, NC ranked as second with prices climbing 5.3%.
