Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ rent grew $50 last month to $1,260 and continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Gilbert, AZ climbed up one spot to rank as the second priciest city with rent at $1,050.
–Chandler & Peoria, AZ tied for third with one bedrooms both priced at an even $1,000.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ rent ranked as the most affordable in the metro at $670.
–Mesa, AZ prices stayed stable at $800 and also remained the second least expensive.
–Phoenix & Avondale, AZ tied for third with rents at $850.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Peoria, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 14.9%.
–Gilbert, AZ rent had the second largest yearly growth rate, climbing 11.7%.
–Mesa, AZ ranked as third with rent growing 9.6%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Gilbert, AZ also had a large monthly growth rate with prices climbing 5% last month.
–Goodyear, AZ was second with rent up 4.5%.
–Scottsdale, AZ followed closely behind as third with prices growing 4.1%.
