Here is some good advice from a customer of ours. If you have to go to a dealer to have your keyless entry remote key fob programmed by a dealership, here is a way to try to get them to do it for free: Take your vin number down and call the local dealer, or better yet take it down to the dealer in person, and ask them if there has been a recall on your vin - also mention you would like to get that key fob set up - he might do it free - just go by and be friendly during the day time - when he has time and inclination to help you - remember all workers at the dealer are salesmen, as in no sales - no job for any of them.  This might or might not work, but it definitely can't hurt to try!
