Apple confirms problems on iPhone X and MacBook Pro 13-inch

Apple confirms problems on iPhone X and Macbook Pro 13-inch, will repair them for free

Apple confirmed problems reported by users that affect some original iPhone X and some 13-inch MacBook Pro, which will repair completely free.

The problems with iPhone X have to see the touch screen and according to Apple are due to failures in components of it. This problem only affects the original iPhone X, which this year was replaced by the iPhone XS and XR.

For some time now, users are reporting that the screen of their iPhone X does not respond correctly and in other cases the screen does things without having touched it. Apple confirmed this in its help page , which are the steps to follow to repair (screen replacement) the terminal if they have any of these problems.

As for the 13-inch MacBook Pro the problem is more serious than just the replacement of the screen on the iPhone X. The affected MacBook Pro have problems with their disks, which can cause the loss of data or directly that the disk present faults that prevent correct operation.

The affected units are a limited number with 128GB and 256GB SSD, which were sold between June 2017 and June 2018. Also in the Apple help center users who have a MacBook Pro with these characteristics and purchased between those dates, They can corroborate if your unit is affected by the problem.

In this case Apple will also repair the affected units completely free of charge.

It is not the first time that Apple products suffer quality problems, hopefully not occur so often
