A fire broke out at around 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday at a residence on Sella Cres in Bolton which further spread to the adjoining units, leading to causing damage to four homes in the townhouse complex.
Almost a dozen of fire trucks were called in Caledon, to fight the fire.
The blaze came under control after almost 2 hours; however, no injuries were reported, and more than a dozen of residents were displaced by the fire crews. Other than this, two cats and a bird were also rescued from the fire.

Mayor of Caledon, Annette Groves said, “I can’t imagine how devastating it is to be displaced from your home, especially so close to the holidays. I want the families to know Caledon is here for you.”
Ontario’s Fire Marshal is investigating the incident.
