MARGATE – Used car giant Florida Fine Cars has even more places to shop! In celebration of its 25th anniversary, the family owned used car dealer opened a huge new store in February to accommodate growing demand. The company now operates four dealerships in four cities.
The new dealership at 5300 W. Copans Road expands the used car chain’s reach into North Broward. Florida Fine Cars already had stores in Miami, Hollywood and West Palm Beach. The conveniently located Margate store will make it easier than ever for residents in the Tri-County area to shop for quality used cars.

“It’s a natural extension of the markets we’re serving today,” noted Florida Fine Cars marketing director Jamie Suid. “The property itself was an excellent opportunity. This location will also allow us to better serve our customers in Northern Broward and Southern Palm Beach counties.”
West Palm Beach Manager Will Lead New Dealership

brings much experience, having worked 2 1/2 years as general sales manager in West Palm Beach and as sales manager and sales associate in Miami for a year.
“I’m very excited for the opportunity to lead another team in another community,” Lunn said.
The family owned used car chain was founded in 1993 and has grown steadily ever since.
Florida Fine Cars Margate is located on 5.5 acres on the southwest corner of West Copans and Banks Roads. The site is expected to stock nearly 500 used cars but has capacity for as many as 700 used vehicles.
The acreage was previously home to another large pre-owned vehicle center.

Success these days is NOT about high pressure, Lunn explained. In fact, it’s the opposite.
“My dad used to always say you are not selling someone a car you are helping someone get a car,” Lunn said.
Already, the new dealership is creating lots of buzz: More than 100 turned out for a recent job fair to staff the new facility.

“We had over 150 applicants at a recent job fair. We hired for everything from sales. BDC, cashiers and lot personnel,” he said. Lunn said Florida Fine Cars Margate offers the same 5-star customer service and sells the same high quality used cars as Florida Fine Cars’ three other stores.
“We’re looking to the future and a new market share is a great way to grow,” Lunn noted. “The prices and atmosphere we give to customers is second to none. These are values people are looking for when they buy a car. Growing with the community is how we achieve that.”
