Florida Fine Cars has partnered with Florida1 insurance brokers so customers can get the best deal on a used car AND the best deal on insurance at the same time.
It’s all about improving customer service to make sure the Florida Fine Cars used car buying experience is the best one around.
Florida1 brokers began working on-site at Florida Fine Cars West Palm Beach in December 2016 and have been at Florida Fine Cars Miami since last September. They are available at Florida Fine Cars Hollywood by phone.
Florida Fine Cars General Manager Chris Kellom said having insurance brokers on site is all about improving customer service.
“It’s convenient for the customer. A lot of time late at night it’s hard to reach some of the smaller insurance companies,” explained Chris Kellom, general manager at Florida Fine Cars Miami. “Now it’s one-stop shopping.”
It’s an arrangement that can reduce stress and save customers money.
And because insurance issues can make or break a car deal, having brokers on site just makes sense, said Florida1 general sales manager Sigrid Neu. Florida1 works with about four dozen insurers in order to offer customers a variety of insurance choices, she said.

“Sometimes on weekends insurance companies are closed or during the week they close at 5 p.m.,” Neu explained. “We are here to add vehicles to insurance policies or get customers better rates from other companies.”
It’s all about added peace of mind.
“We reached out to Florida1 as a convenience,” Kellom explained. “It was slowing down the car buying process when we couldn’t get hold of insurance companies. Having Florida1 on site has helped out quit a bit.”

Customers sometimes get so caught up in the excitement of buying a used car they forget to make insurance arrangments, Kellom said. But with Florida1 available every day, Florida Fine Cars has a new and convenient way to offer assistance so car buyers don’t have to worry.
