Summary: A lawsuit soon to be filed against singer Mariah Carey by a former security guard claims he was sexually and verbally harassed by her.

Some serious allegations against Mariah Carey are about to come to light. The head of a security company once hired by the singer claims she called him names and purposefully exposed herself to him. Michael Anello is preparing to file a lawsuit with the details if settlement negotiations do not go successfully.

Anello claims Carey regularly called him a skinhead, Nazi, white supremacist, and KKK member, according to TMZ. He also claims she exposed herself to him on multiple occasions as well as performed “sexual acts with the intent that they would be viewed.”

The complaint is being raised after Carey failed to pay the company for services they provided and ended a two-year contract. The company worked for Carey from June 2015 to May 2017. He says she stiffed the company over $200,000 and broke a promise of another two years work that would have totaled another $511,000.

The lawsuit has not been filed since they are currently negotiating with Carey’s lawyers. If they cannot reach a settlement, he plans to file the lawsuit. He also claims in the draft lawsuit that she humiliated him and his colleagues by calling them members of hate groups. He said Carey “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”

The details of his sexual harassment claim comes from an incident in Cabo San Lucas. Carey had summoned him to her hotel suite to move luggage during her trip there. When he arrived at the suite, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was completely open. He tried to leave but she demanded he move the luggage. He left the room as quickly as possible, emphasizing there was no physical contact.

Her representatives confirmed to TMZ that they are in touch with his lawyers to address the unpaid invoices. They had “no information on the sexual harassment claims.”

The news comes on the heels of reports that Carey recently underwent gastric weight loss surgery. Apparently the singer became self-conscious of her weight after viewing cruel comments online. A source told Fox News, “Mariah has always been proud of her curves, but this summer, as her Caesars Place residency came to a close, and then she went on tour with Lionel Richie, she noticed it became harder to dance, and she was getting a lot more criticism online from body shamers.”

The source went on to say Carey had been indulging in cocktails and dinners with her boyfriend, likely a big part of her weight gain. They added, “Mariah underwent the procedure about a month ago, and she is already seeing some good results, and she feels a lot better.”
